In relatively recent years, it is becoming apparent that the phenomenon that food is medicine is more than just a trend. As proved by the exceptionally beautiful and talented, Ella, who started her blog, Deliciously Ella, as a way of coping with her illness Postural Tachycardia Syndrome.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m no LA princess but over the years, I have become more switched on to a holistic lifestyle; organic health products, natural ingredients and being conscious of refined sugars, so discovering this blog was an absolute dream. Designed around a totally vegan, sugar free and white carbohydrate free diet, at first it sounds quite intimidating and more importantly unrealistic. But that’s exactly what makes Ella’s blog so great. The food she cooks and ingredients she cooks with is accessible, rich and far more exciting than pasta and pesto every night, let alone the endless health benefits that come with this lifestyle.
