This collection caught our eyes for its curious crossover of collage and photography. Artist James Reeder uses images stolen from magazines and other printed materials to create intriguing, narrative scenes, which are snapped for the final piece. Reeder states, in the Lens Culture article the series was published in, the image are intended to present a ’puzzling and disjointed story, loosely constructed around the act of seeing’. It’s a really enticing method, simple yet beautiful.
